Meet the owners:

Raymond M. Leich, CPA

Ray is a graduate of the University of Michigan.  His professional accounting career started in 1980 in Detroit with Ernst & Whinney.   In 1985 he joined the Tampa tax department of Touche Ross.   His client base included some of Tampa’s most prestigious clients and in 1992 he became a candidate for Partnership.  However, he had a vision to leave the large firm and Partnership potential behind and with Barbara Teeling, form their own “boutique” practice focusing on Tax Services. 

He has been able to bring his “big firm” experience to a small firm environment.  The close personal service he offers to each client explains the rapid growth of the firm.

His clients range from large publicly traded companies to local entrepreneurs.  His extensive experience includes manufacturing, restaurant industry, financial services and personal services to name just a few.
Aside from outstanding tax compliance services, Ray has been involved in numerous transactions assisting our clients and their legal advisors with mergers and acquisitions.  He also has experience in litigation support services.  Other expertise includes trust and estate services.

Barbara E. Teeling, CPA

Barbara is a graduate of the University of South Florida.  Her accounting career began in the Tampa market when she joined Touche Ross in 1988.  In 1992 she joined Ray Leich for the launch of Leich & Associates.  She has enjoyed long standing client relationships that started two decades ago and still continue today.

Her client base includes real estate development, commercial real estate leasing, manufacturing, and personal services to name a few.  Her tax compliance experience includes individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and multi-state.
